Service Description

Congratulations - you are expecting the pitter patter of tiny feet! Pregnancy is a wonderful and exciting time in a woman’s life and practicing yoga will support you through this amazing journey into motherhood. Pregnancy Yoga can help with flexibility and strength and help to deal with the many many changes that occur both mentally and physically. A dedicated time for you to bond with your growing bump. During the classes you will have the opportunity to move through poses developing strength and flexibility. The classes can help the body and mind prepare for pregnancy and birth. Learning breathing techniques to encourage relaxation and help you focus your busy mind, working with pelvic floor exercises, time for contemplation and having fun meeting other mums-to-be. The classes are suitable from your 12th week of pregnancy Ideally, it is important that you prioritise time for rest and relaxation throughout your pregnancy therefore I am offering a small discount for those of you that book a pregnancy plan of either 5 or 10 sessions. However, you are able to just book and pay as you go at a cost of £15 per session. Mat spaces are limited so priority will be given to those who have booked in advance. Very Important:- If you do book a session, it is important that you complete a health questionnaire which I will email to you before you start classes. You must complete and return it back to me via email prior to your first session.
