Monthly Workshops - Treat Yourself in 2024!

These 2 hour workshops have been developed to offer a sense of community and an opportunity to slow down and explore in more detail a topic from which I can speak with authenticity.  We have explored hormonal imbalance, stress & anxiety and sleep amongst other things.  After a short discussion, we have a yoga practice themed around the topic that month, some meditation, relaxation and other techniques which are designed to really help you focus on you!  In a world that is so fast-paced it is great to be able to slow things down and offer a little more time to my students and for them to be able to practice the art of self-care.  I hope you can join me sometime.
